It would be helpful to 'confirm' which email address you're sending the invoices to on the the new feature. It just says sending but a prompt to make sure its correct would be great.

Please add the ability to edit invoice dates. As an example, if an office calls and says something was billed incorrectly, or something was missed on the original invoice, and a correction needs to be made- being able to re-invoice it at the original date for accounting and record keeping purposes is crucial. Especially if the change is being made in the following month, there is no way to correct it and reflect in the month the work was done. It would now have to be billed in the current month, and that delays payment and complicates accounting records. In addition, we often can't invoice a handful of cases on the last day of the month, as they might not be fully completed yet- even though they are scheduled for finishing on the last day of the month. We do a lot of complex, full mouth and cosmetic cases, and invoicing before the case is fully complete is problematic, as not all items are always in the case pan, or accounted for, if work is still being completed by the technician. Having the ability to invoice the case when finished, if it rolls into the first or second day of the next month, and date it back to the last day of the month so that it shows on the statement, and we can collect on it, would be ideal.

Finances - Invoices - Need to be able to SORT by Invoice Number

We would love an option of a pop up to input an email other than what is on the client profile. We have at times have had offices want invoices and statements sent to an alternate email but don't necessarily want the email on their profile. If there was an option with a pop of when choosing to email something that we can add an email if different that the default.

Would be nice if we can see a log of "sent" mentions so we can follow up on cases we "mentioned" people on.

You should be able to click on each location route and it should instantly drop down a list of all the offices on that route -joe

Please create a statement that combines both "activity" and "outstanding" details together in one. One is not functional and informative without the other. The activity statement shows payments made, but does not show totals for what is past due, including the aging details. We need all of this information on one statement to effectively show the whole picture for the practice.

We need to be able to apply credits / payments to the practice or practice group rather than an individual doctor. We often have people overpaying and there's not currently a way to manage that properly. If a doctor or practice's balance is $750 but they make a payment for $800, we need to be able to do that and have the $50 credit sit on the account. AND the payment register needs to show the full $800 that was paid, not only the $750 that was the balance.

We need the $ to show on the remake report so we can see the $ that we missed out on from each remake. If the cost was $500 and it was a 50% remake, we want it to show $250 remakes.

Can the pickup requests be time stamped so we know when they've come in please
