All orders that have a product (such as Essix Retainer) in their basket/cart can also be searched for by that product name rather than just name/practice etc.

hurts my eyes too - cuts through the model on the underside. anyway possible to make this more pleasing to the eye and a little less shiny to see more detail? i'd recommend making the model a more flat finish with the background dark purple or black/grey/w.e just darker

We need to be able to account for the unit count each of our technicians is completing by day, week, month and even year. Ideally we would see units assigned (when) and units completed(when), so we can track our efficiency.

Some of our clients routinely post comments on dispatched cases asking for further items such as soft night guards etc, often weeks after the cases are completed. We have asked them multiple times to create new orders for this, but to no avail. Can we have a way of turning off communications for cases once they are dispatched? It's very difficult to keep track of things when this happens and the 'order' is often missed as the case is no longer being monitored by the team.

When creating a remake all the previous notes are added however they do not keep the original dates that the notes were placed rather it puts all the comments and notes as the remake date. This makes it very confusing for all involved. Can you please change that during a remake the old notes keep the previous dates or don't include the note at all?

We are unable to change reason for remake or the discount after the creation of the order. Also we cannot see the reason for remake in the order after its selected.

Would like a function to export invoices in bulk. For example, when our customer is asking for 20 copy invoices (various practices, and dentists), we would like to be able to copy the list and paste it into Greatlab and that generates all the copies as requested.

I would like to option to disable certain features that we do not use. Like the flagging feature. GreatLab automatically flags a case when we put it on hold. We have to manually unflag the case.

Simply just the ability to zoom and turn photos in the file viewer would be great

I would like to see an automatic report of invoiced total $ amount and uninvoiced total $ amount, and it would restart after the monthly statement. Just so we would be able to see the net value of what we have billed and also what we have in the lab that has yet to be billed out.
