When scans are added to a case they use that date for the scans - rather than the date in which the scans were sent/taken. Is it possible for this feature to be added as it can cause confusion as to which scans are the latest if all are added to a case at once?

is there an option to scroll through photos/slideshow etc to prevent having to click in and out?

Can we have the ability for product quantity to be decimals? Specifically for services we charge by the hour, we sometimes need a quantity of 1.5 or 2.5.

Are there any plans or can there a future integration with Shining 3D in scanhub?

Currently the workflows only show up automatically when you initially book in a case. If we have to reopen an existing case and add a new product, we want the workflow associated with that product to automatically add to the existing workflow.

We still really need the ability to run reports by technician for a date range to see what tasks and how many they do each day. The task count under reports --> Task manager doesn't seem correct all the time and it doesn't match with what shows in workbench. We need a way to run a report for a date range per technician to see how many units of each task they did in a period of time.

When you have this clicked "on" in the finances settings, it does not show any overpayments. We want all the payments totaled to show once on the statement, but if that payment was more than owed, it needs to show the full amount. For example, the account owed $1,000 but paid $1,200. If the payment can't show as the full $1,200 then it needs to at least show $1,000 payment then another line of $200 overpayment.

When logged in as a client, the "overview" tab shows $0 is due. You have to click the practices tab to actually see the balance owed. This can be misleading at initial glance and make a client think they don't owe anything when they do.

Please can you add the client creation date field to custom reports so we can track how many new clients we have attained weekly/monthly/etc?

Can we have more options of where banners show besides just the order page? On the client portal specifically, it would be nice if we could make a special banner just for that section. For an account on auto pay, we want to alert them somehow when they go to the finances section so they don't pay their bill.
