We want the ability to have a situation of three dentist and one practice but to send over one statement which is a comb of the three dentist statements. This would then become more of a practice statement.

AUTOMATED PRITNING FOR SCAN DOCKETS SO WE DONT HAVE TO CLICK PRINT TWICE

Having the functionality to manually adjust an item price when booking work on is great. However, we can't seem to adjust it to £0.00 (when an item is free) and it automatically changes it to £0.01. I need the free item to be listed so the dentist can see it has been added for free but also to be counted as a unit of production. As it automatically changes the price to £0.01, I have follow this by adding a custom fee of -£0.01 which looks untidy & unprofessional on invoices and also takes up time.

Ability to edit the notes made.

Using this for calculating the price of gold in a gold crown for example. The quantity needs to support decimal numbers and also names of the custom fees should be a dropdown list to pick from

Would it be possible to increase the font size of the patient name on the work ticket to make it stand out a bit more? It is easy to confuse with the Doctor name. When working quickly, it would be useful for the patients name to be noticeable just at a glance instead of hunting for it.

When creating a remake the remake notes added to each case should specify the remake reason and notes as part of the process. It should also have a link to the new/old order so that the cases are linked together. At the moment, no record is visible of the remake reasons on the new or old order nor in reporting.

When cases are on hold for new impressions or whatever reason, it would be helpful if the system recognised that the patient name already exists, it's not always clear when work comes back and a new case is raised in error, if the system recognised duplicate ...

Could there be a way in which you can enter a prior or different case of the same patient from a separate case such as remakes. Instead of having to search the patients name and click on multiple jobs to find the correct order.
