please can we look to increase the countdown time on the scahub booking in.

It would be helpful to have the ability to add a note that gets printed on the invoice. We currently have multiple Drs who request reminder notes to be sent to them if a treatment plan changes or they need to take a new impression.

The current statement formatting with the Amount Due and Total is confusing. Although the numbers are correct it could mislead into the wrong payment. Swap the Amount Due and Total over and re-title the latter "NET Total" since it excludes VAT. Reading any document like this the Column on the far right will always draw focus and should be aligned with a total for each column.

Credit notes share the formatting with Invoices and still use field titles as "Invoice Number". Can the credit note be appropriately titled as such so customers know what it is.

We want the ability to have a situation of three dentist and one practice but to send over one statement which is a comb of the three dentist statements. This would then become more of a practice statement.
