Please make it possible to change automatically the date to today when a worker scans a task in workbench. This is more logic then how it works now. Example: So If I sheduled a task for worker X on, 4/12 but he couldn't do this task and does it on 5/12. Please let the date automatically change to the date of scanning so 5/12. Because he finished the task on 5/12. Thanks in advance.

When booking orders, tasks are automatically assign by the system to the technicians. technicians are configured by tasks/units they can do in a day. If we have more orders/tasks than what technicians can do, the system will overbook them. Ideally in the new workbench 2.0 when technicians are fully booked, the task/order should be flagged. This would allow admin to see if we aren't able to request our timelines. Also, if the order is booked the overbooked tasks should be flagged or a different color. This would allow managers to see overbooked technicians inside of workbench.

Can we have the automations alphabetical so that the tasks/automations are easier for the team to find?

We have certain tasks which we would want to be assigned to certain teammates more often than others. An example of this is C who we would like to have 100% priority for the task ‘review’. However, this task is assigned to C, M, and T, but we only want this task assigned to C and then to T or M if C is unavailable. What we would like if possible is a percentage or a different type of measurement that can dictate how much of a task can be assigned to someone, whether it is 100% of task ‘Review’ or 20% split between 5 people to help with prioritizing who can do what tasks and HOW MUCH of a task – this would preferably be additional to the amount of units.

With the pool, ours set up out of order of how we like to see them. We have rearranged the rooms in workbench settings, so they are the order we would want them to show up, but it does not update how they show up in the pool. For example, we have Quality Control as the 2nd room in the pool, but we would want it to be last as it is the final set of tasks for people to complete. We want the pool order to be chronological to the order where the tasks are completed.

Need to have the ability to run reports by technician for a date range to see what tasks and how many they do each day

Our admin needs to be able to see the pool and all the tech's schedules but not be a column as if tasks can be assigned to us. We need to be able to manage everything from the pool but not have to be a tech.
