We need a place to make general account notes on each practice and/or doctor. This would be used internally for our team on things we need to know about a client but don't necessarily need to show on each case. Either a general account note or the ability to categorize notes by financial, complaints, etc. Things like "Dr. Smith stated all his contacts have been tight. Dr looking for other labs" or notes on collections like "Traci said they would pay by the 5th via check". We need to be able to pull up a client and see all account notes. Ideally we could run a report for all account notes in a date range either for a specific practice or just all notes on all accounts that were added in a specific date range.
