We need the $ to show on the remake report so we can see the $ that we missed out on from each remake. If the cost was $500 and it was a 50% remake, we want it to show $250 remakes.

When creating a remake all the previous notes are added however they do not keep the original dates that the notes were placed rather it puts all the comments and notes as the remake date. This makes it very confusing for all involved. Can you please change that during a remake the old notes keep the previous dates or don't include the note at all?

Can a column be added to the credit note to show the patient's name when raising against an invoice please.

Can I also ask that the dates shown in the notes be set as DD/MM/YY, is this something we can do?

Receiving source Digital/Analogue is a critical metric to track in lab for the transition to full digital workflow. Can the receiving source be added to reporting and added to key metric dashboards to that we can easily review the split by lab monthly

Need to be able to specify multiple recipients for billing by practice so that practice and potentially bookkeeper or group finance receive a copy. This should be applicable to all documents in billing

The ability for all the invoices to get sent automatically to SAGE and even be synced across so that if I reconcile a payment in SAGE it will be reflected in GreatLab.
