Product Updates - Order Flow, Billing, Reports + BETA Features 👀

We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements to our software, designed to enhance your experience and streamline your workflows. This release includes a variety of new features, bug fixes, and optimisations across different areas, including orders, client management, billing, and reporting. Additionally, we’re introducing some exclusive BETA features that are available upon request.​
Orders
Order Flow Confirmation:
 A "Click to Confirm" button has been added after order creation to streamline the process.
Order Flow Calculations: 
We've enhanced the accuracy of basket calculations. Basket calculations should now be functioning perfectly.
Zero-Value Price List:
 An issue where products with a zero value were displaying a default value in the basket has been resolved.
Deadline & Due Date Editing:
 You can now edit the due date and deadline directly within the order creation flow.
Order Filters Retention: 
Filters now remain applied when you navigate back to the order list after viewing an order.
Receiving Source: 
The order creation flow has been improved to provide a smoother experience when selecting a receiving source.
Custom Shade:
 Ability to select a custom shade in any shade guide by manually entering it.
Clients
Client List Export: 
You can now export your list of doctors as a CSV file.
Doctor Search by Account Code:
 You can now search for doctors using their account code.
Billing
Invoice Export: 
Discounts have been added to the invoice export.
Double Invoice Generation: 
The issue causing double invoice generation has been resolved and should not reoccur.
Billing Overview Date Filter:
 The date filter in the Billing Overview has been fixed and is now working correctly.
Billing Overview Calculations:
 Billing calculations should now be functioning perfectly.
Invoice Consolidation:
 Invoice consolidation has been improved to meet the requested requirements.
Xero Integration:
 The integration now prioritizes finding by account code before searching by name.
Reports
Reports - Clients, Trends & Slipping: 
New reports have been added, including Clients, Trends, and Slipping.
Reports - Aged Balances: 
The date selector in the Aged Balances report has been fixed.
Reports - Variance: 
The variance report has been fixed. Please report any further issues if discovered.
Other
Mydentist Export:
 Column issues in the Mydentist export have been fixed.
Docket Printing: 
Docket printing should now be functioning smoothly.
