Can we have more options of where banners show besides just the order page? On the client portal specifically, it would be nice if we could make a special banner just for that section. For an account on auto pay, we want to alert them somehow when they go to the finances section so they don't pay their bill.

Can we have the ability to set tags to who they are visible to? We are using them internally only but it appears the clients also see those tags which we don't want.

Can you have an email be sent when a client responds via the portal regarding a case question? Right now there is no notification that they responded.

Can we have the ability to invite someone from the practice group level to have a portal? Even if it's the financial aspect only, large groups like Heartland who manage billing for multiple practices are not going to log in/out of a separate account for each practice. If they can have a log in for a portal so they could see all practices and clients for every practice in the group, that would be great.

Option to hide prices so that a dentist group can place an order but not see the price on their portal.

Clients to be able to close a notification on their dashboard without needing to reply. This automatically being completed for archived orders as well.

We need a way to wade through the "waiting" inbox section. Currently only way is to reply or close chat. When closing chat it doesnt reopen to open cases the reply stays in closed, making that obsolete if not clicking to closed and when we reply as its a notification on dentist dashboard they have to reply to clear it making us receive non-actionable replies such as "." ":)" or "done". The option to "snooze" chats while we wait for responses / progression on open cases etc or close chats and have them reopen in the waiting "open" chat tickets would be very helpful with the high volume of messages received per day.

It would be helpful if the invite link didn't expire.
