Feature Requests

We need a feature in which Scanhub can read the digital shade take from 3Shape.

Have the option to keep the 'Show Detail' sidebar open at all times when booking in on ScanHub. It's already an option when booking in manually.

Can the Scanhub connections at the top please give the name of the connection when hovered over? We have labs with multiple connections to the same IOS supplier and this would help them know which connection was disconnected. Similarly - can the status of the connection be added to the Scanhub settings page so it is clear which ones are working and which are needing repair

Since iTero does not have accepted status - when disconnected/reconnected retain any Scanhub order downloads that have not been marked as completed. Duplicate order logic in Scanhub flow likely to catch and marking iTero orders complete in bulk is simple to catch up. Losing downloaded orders is a MUCH bigger risk to lab operations,

please can we look to increase the countdown time on the scahub booking in.

Can you add the timestamp from the received date to the report? Some labs have a same/next day if received before a certain time e.g. 2pm. It is useful to know what SLA is against an order and can come down the time received. Should be part of the order by filter on dates.

Can you please amend Scanhub so that user preferences on filters are retained and we can save searches? At the moment, it is cumbersome as the session search is not maintained when coming out of a booking session so needs to be reset every time

Can we please look at the ability to open the case as a new tab - for existing cases. We have the ability to do this when a new case is added however for cases with multiple stages it would be helpful once new scans are added to also be able to open that case in a new tab automatically.

the basket automations we set up dont work when booking in from scanhub ie add 3d model when booking in a crown

Is it possible to have the PDF (printable order form that has come from 3shape) as a print option when we want to create the order at the bottom near lab docket boxes etc?
