When you click the box "exclude billed" inside an order, can we have that reflect on the docket when printed? When an existing order has products that were already invoiced, it shows all the previous products and new products. We want the ability to only show the CURRENT products being made which will not have been invoiced yet. It currently lists ALL products even when they've already been done/invoiced.

When we are sending out stage work we need to send a cover note with the inclusions back to the dentist - similar to the patient statement. We currently cannot generate this without invoicing which on staged work is not required. Can we have the ability to create a cover letter/Inclusions doc for staged work using the patient statement as a template?

When looking at patient images - can you swipe or add "Next" "Previous" to the popup image so that a tech can scroll through the images without needing to go back to the order,

We are unable to change reason for remake or the discount after the creation of the order. Also we cannot see the reason for remake in the order after its selected.

Dr's will submit an order through iTero or another platform and then 2 days later submit on the online portal. Being able to merge cases would help our office have less duplicate cases. Also, for denture cases it would be helpful to merge as Dr's are putting in a new order when what they are really wanting is to move to the next step.

Can we have a way to charge for shipping on only one invoice for multiple orders going to the same practice within the same package? As we get to the shipping section in the orders tab, you can purchase one shipping label for multiple cases but I can’t seem to figure out how to bill the client within the workflow for the one label over multiple orders..

Can we set the basket automations to only apply when the order is originally booked in? OR can the system have a max on each automation or somehow know if an automation has already been added? For example, we have 3D models as an automation add on products for all digital cases. If we have to reopen an order for any reason to change/edit the products section, it adds another 3d model to the order.

In the remake process can you add a checkbox for note, files, images so that when creating a remake or a duplicate we have the option to decide what is carried forward. A complex implant case with lots of notes may be confusing when reading back and a summary by the admin would be easier.
