All orders that have a product (such as Essix Retainer) in their basket/cart can also be searched for by that product name rather than just name/practice etc.

hurts my eyes too - cuts through the model on the underside. anyway possible to make this more pleasing to the eye and a little less shiny to see more detail? i'd recommend making the model a more flat finish with the background dark purple or black/grey/w.e just darker

When creating a remake all the previous notes are added however they do not keep the original dates that the notes were placed rather it puts all the comments and notes as the remake date. This makes it very confusing for all involved. Can you please change that during a remake the old notes keep the previous dates or don't include the note at all?

We are unable to change reason for remake or the discount after the creation of the order. Also we cannot see the reason for remake in the order after its selected.

Would be nice to have a separate place to create an estimate where they can be saved, later be accessed and maybe even created into a new order.

Ability to specify what part of the order needs a re-make. Example: For an order that had 8 crowns and needs a remake of 2 there is no option to select which crowns need a remake - just the whole order

Under the filter option on the orders page you can sort order by due date or deadline in a range of dates, but you can't select a future day such as tomorrow or next week. This would be helpful for saved filters that can look for orders due in the next week or tomorrow.

I often have the need to edit shipping details on a case after it has been marked to ship in the software. Sometimes the tracking number changes, or the shipping method needs to be changed. It would be great to have the ability to make edits when needed, as we run into this often.

When a client uses the portal to create a new case, we need a notification so we can create a pan and docket for workflow through the lab.
