When booking orders, tasks are automatically assign by the system to the technicians. technicians are configured by tasks/units they can do in a day. If we have more orders/tasks than what technicians can do, the system will overbook them. Ideally in the new workbench 2.0 when technicians are fully booked, the task/order should be flagged. This would allow admin to see if we aren't able to request our timelines. Also, if the order is booked the overbooked tasks should be flagged or a different color. This would allow managers to see overbooked technicians inside of workbench.
