I would like to add pan number while accepting case in Scanhub. Right now I accept case in Scanhub and then have to go back to case to add pan number and attach any additional files.

There is a space in Scanhub to add pan number. If you click on the "side arrow" next to details it will expand the window there and you can add pan number. I had a hard time finding it too. Hope that helps! :)
