would it be possible to be able to link a remake request that's came through scanhub to a previous case we already have dispatched. "So it would be related to a case from last week for example. We sent trays 1 didn't fit so today we would receive a new scan but requesting a "remake" for the case from last week but we can't link it to last weeks case from scanhub so we have to book in scnahub case pull files off, delete the the case & then rebook manually as a remake against the earlier case"

Would it be possible to merge cases together if a dentist sends a case through separately? For example, a case is sent with the preps & another case is sent with the pre-op. Currently these come through as 2 different cases - whereas in reality it's meant to be 1.
