3Shape Photos Added to Scans Automatically

Any extra files (such as photos) should be copied over through scanhub automatically.

please can we look to increase the countdown time on the scahub booking in.

Can the PNG files on 3shape auto download to the files? Everything else gets downloaded in the attachments from 3shape other than these. Is there a reason for this?
