Would be nice if we could have the ability to set a client or practice on prepayment. Just like we can turn on prepayment for certain products and it prompts the client to pay ahead of time, can we also have the ability to set it for certain practices? For example, someone who doesn't pay their bill is required to pay their invoice before the case is delivered...

practice route displaying in sidebar when selecting practice and at basket- this helps us to adjust days/dates when booking in

The ability to see history of any changes made within all areas e.g client, practice, address etc for audit and feedback purposes

I would love the ability to add files (pdf mainly) in to the doctor notes section. Examples of these will be documents, SLAs and T&Cs
