Would be nice if we could have the ability to set a client or practice on prepayment. Just like we can turn on prepayment for certain products and it prompts the client to pay ahead of time, can we also have the ability to set it for certain practices? For example, someone who doesn't pay their bill is required to pay their invoice before the case is delivered...

Dory Sartoris I believe after we complete auto pay and other things we will review this properly.
However, on the second point I recommend you add a banner to tell the team about client requiring an invoice to be paid on their orders before they are dispatched for that particular practice.
