Shipping Fee charged to client once for multiple cases in the same package !!

Can we have a way to charge for shipping on only one invoice for multiple orders going to the same practice within the same package? As we get to the shipping section in the orders tab, you can purchase one shipping label for multiple cases but I can’t seem to figure out how to bill the client within the workflow for the one label over multiple orders..

We just add a shipping charge to one of the cases in the bundle in product codes. I am wondering if we are doing it correctly though? If you had already invoiced the case wouldn't there just be an additional invoice for the shipping charge enclosed with one of the cases?
