Remakes - case details and linking

When creating a remake the remake notes added to each case should specify the remake reason and notes as part of the process. It should also have a link to the new/old order so that the cases are linked together. At the moment, no record is visible of the remake reasons on the new or old order nor in reporting.

Can a dedicated tab for department leads/technicians to report whether a case is a remake and provide the reason behind it b created, specifically for cases that have been returned to us. Like a clicking option in the case.
