The remakes report is totally inaccurate and not useable in current guise. Adjustments, which are often patient or dentist orchestrated, become remakes. The remake option allows notes to be copied over to new job tho there needs to be a directive box to allow all notes to be copied without the initialization of a Remake stat.

Adjustment to be a tag like remake. But instead doesn't create a new order. Like Shade Adjustment is in the Tags Section but not a standard adjustment.

We believe this could be solved with allowing for a remake reason of "Adjustment" and then in the reports it would allow you to not include a particular reason.
Technically if an order has to come back, even for any tiny element, it still requires admin team to check this order, review the situation, do the minor adjustment & ship it out again.
Therefore it is in some form a remake because it had to come back.
However, we understand this and will think about the solution to handle this.
