Inbox Features - Snooze / reopening closed etc

We need a way to wade through the "waiting" inbox section. Currently only way is to reply or close chat. When closing chat it doesnt reopen to open cases the reply stays in closed, making that obsolete if not clicking to closed and when we reply as its a notification on dentist dashboard they have to reply to clear it making us receive non-actionable replies such as "." ":)" or "done". The option to "snooze" chats while we wait for responses / progression on open cases etc or close chats and have them reopen in the waiting "open" chat tickets would be very helpful with the high volume of messages received per day.
